STAGE 1
FIU DUE DILIGENCE
Principal (and other applicants) complete the Nomination Form and prepare the Stage 1 Documents for VAC review.
Once VAC confirm documents in order, the FIU diligence fee of USD$5,500 per application is then paid to VAC who lodge Stage 1 of the Application.
DD is conducted by Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). Upon written confirmation of no adverse findings, FIU Clearance is granted for the Application to proceed to Stage 2.

FIU CLEARANCE - within 7 - 10 days of submission
STAGE 2
CITIZENSHIP APPLICATION
Applicant/s complete Stage 2 documentation and makes full payment to VAC Limited and VAC submit to Screening Committee min 8 days prior to Citizenship Commission meeting held twice a month.
After Citizenship Commission (CC) approves the Application, an approval letter is issued. Oath Taking Ceremony is then organized for the applicant to receive their Vanuatu Citizenship and Passport. Ceremonies may be conducted via Skype and Passports and Certificates couriered via DHL directly to clients.

Once citizenship is granted and the passport is issued, the investment will be processed. The new Citizen will then be issued a share certificate.
